Peter Henry (B AppSc (Surveying) Cad.Surv., M.I.S. AUST
Peter is the owner and principal of Baird and Hayes. He has been with Baird and Hayes in Ipswich for 25 years. Peter has carried a consulting endorsement with the Surveyors Board for more than 20 years and has a wide experience in all tenure/title matters, development processes and all aspects of the surveying industry.
As an Australian Bicentennial project, Peter was involved in relocating the first survey base line placed in Queensland by surveyor Dixon in the 1800’s near Harrisville.
Peter is very active in the local community, including President of the Ipswich Kindergarten Association, Secretary of the Rotary Club of Ipswich North, member of the Central Business District Traders and member of the Ipswich Cycling Club.

Elizabeth (Beth) Clark (B. App Sc (Built Env), GDURP, MPIA)
Beth has over 20 years experience as a Town Planner in the Queensland planning industry, working firstly for the Queensland State Government Planning and Housing Departments for several years before moving into the private planning consultancy field. She has a broad range of experience including major transport projects and transit supportive neighbourhood developments, major public housing projects, large scale land development projects and a variety of material change of use applications for industrial and commercial projects.
Beth has accumulated a wealth of experience in the various statutory requirements of the current and previous planning legislation in Queensland and other associated legislation. She particularly enjoys helping her clients deal with the maze of planning and other related approvals that are now required to operate businesses and develop property within Queensland.
Beth is a Director of Baird and Hayes Planning and she has recently relocated from Ipswich to a 5 acre property near Gatton. She rides horses in her spare time and is a strong supporter of the Pony Club movement. Beth is also a member of the Order of St John of Jerusalem, an organization which traces its roots to the Knights Hospitaller and continues to serve those in need in our communities.
