Pioneering in Raceview
22 Residential Lots are underway at Pioneer Drive Raceview.
Baird & Hayes successfully designed and obtained Development Approval for the subdivision from Ipswich City Council. Now we are the Principal Surveyor and part of the Development Consultancy Team to complete the Estate on behalf of our client.
This form of Infill Development is vital for keeping up with the housing demand in Ipswich and we cannot wait to see the first residents move in to their new homes upon completion.
Until then, we have to complete: Primary Control, Disclosure Plans, Lot Pegging, As Con / ADAC, Survey Plan of Lots and Easements, Council Plan Sealing and Titles Office Registration.
Fernvale Master Planning
The Fernvale Township is booming! On behalf of our client, we are collaborating with Somerset Regional Council to achieve the highest and best use of 4 Development Sites in Fernvale, to achieve almost 300 residential lots and large areas of Conservation.
Fernvale Filling Fast
Off the back of a nearby multi-lot development, Baird & Hayes have recently lodged a Development Application for 82 Residential Lots in the thriving township of Fernvale.
Our involvement so far has including Contour and Detail Survey, Development Advice and Research, Liaison with our Allied Consultants, Lot Layout Design and preparing and lodging the Town Planning Application and Referral to the State Assessment Referral Agency.
We are excited to be delivering over 130 residential lots to regional townships!
Fernvale Infill
Baird & Hayes recently obtained the development approval for subdivision of this Fernvale premises. We are now working with the developer for Surveying and Town Planning including Contour and Detail Surveys, Operational Works, Site Control and Lot Calculations.
